1. Membership Overview
Cost: $50USD per year
Duration: 12 months from date of purchase

$5 pints (in-house only)
10% off all retail beer purchases (in-store only)

2. Eligibility
Must be 19+ years of age
Valid government-issued photo ID must be presented alongside membership upon request
Membership is non-transferable and valid only for the person named on the account
3. Usage
Benefits apply only at the Newark Brewing Taproom and Retail Store
$5 pint offer is limited to standard pours of regular-priced beer (excludes high-ABV, specialty or limited-release brews unless otherwise stated)
Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or loyalty offers
Food discount applies only to in-house food purchases where food service is available
4. Stein/Glassware
Members must present their membership card or digital proof to access stein pricing
Lost or damaged steins may be replaced at member’s cost (if applicable)
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable
Newark Brewing reserves the right to revoke membership at any time due to misuse or violation of these terms
6. Communication
By joining, members agree to receive occasional emails about exclusive offers, events, and club news (opt-out anytime)
7. Updates & Changes
Newark Brewing reserves the right to update the terms, pricing, or benefits of the Stein Club with notice
Changes will be communicated via email or posted in-store and on our website
